“The Benefits and Challenges to Letting Others Farm Your Land"

                        September 14th, 7:00 p.m.

If you own farmland that is currently unproductive, there may be ways to restore its value without having to farm the land yourself: let someone else do it! As part of its public education program, the Greater Lovell Land Trust has invited Barbara Murphy, Extension Educator in the Oxford County Extension Office, to address a “farming alternative” during an informational meeting at the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library in Lovell on Tuesday, September 14 at 7:00 p.m.  Entitled: “The Benefits and Challenges to Letting Others Farm Your Land,” Ms. Murphy will describe the several concerns a land owner should have in mind while making a decision. All are welcome.
