Discover the sweet tradition of maple sugaring in this hands-on, introductory program. Participants will explore the history of maple sugaring, learn about the tools of the trade, tap a maple tree, and watch a live demonstration of how sap can be processed right in your own backyard. Registration is required. The program will begin in the Community Room of the Hobbs Library and conclude at the GLLT office.
